A big thanks to her family and friends for all their help, the Natty Port groupies the show has accrued over their development, and also Fox for rejecting her from the In Living Color reboot so she could be in this show today.    Bradley Garms, Scenic Design
Natalie Portman, the Musical!

Bradley made the mistake of insisting that Brittany write his bio. So instead of listing credits, I will now discuss the end of "Titanic." I think it was a dream. I can't be sure, of course. However one could argue that she died. It's obviously left up to the viewers. But what does it say about you if you assume she dies? You're kind of messed up, man.

Reviews

Lovel Estell III of LA Weekly raves...

GO!

"Why, one might ask, do a musical about Natalie Portman? There are no answered offered...other than an occasion for fun, laughs and amiable skewering."

"Writer-director Brittany Garms and a cast of talented comedians take their audience on a humerous sojourn througth the life and career of Portman, played by Tara Pitt."

"There are no sacred cows here...even Sesame Street gets hammered...featuring some nifty puppetry by Adarius Smith."

"Frankie Marrone and [Tara] Pitt provide appropriately outrageous music and lyrics, augmented by Kristina Marquez's zany choreography."

Dany Margolies of Arts In LA says...

"The onstage talent is plentiful. The design is gleefully guerilla. The storytelling is entertaining."

"Particularly electrified is Lindsey Nesmith as a rhapsodic Sesame Street puppeteer; not only is the character comedically irrepressible, her blonde-pigtailed puppet is hilarious."

"[T]he overall feel is merry, the silliness is charming, and the production should appeal to its presumed target audience of millennials."

Ella Martin of Life in LA raves...

"As the production jumps back and forth from narration to sketch comedy to musical theatre, one of the constants is the cast members' superior singing. In addition to comedic chops, Pitt has a voice that's pitch perfect."

"Chorus member Gwendolyn Bueker memorably steals the song in which she vies for more stage time."

"Fellow chorus member Lindsay Nesmith brings the show to a standstill with her exceptional, unexpectedly soulful Jodie Foster vocals."

"Adarius Smith really shows off his comedic versatility, with turns as a frustrated actor showing ill feelings toward interloper Portman, a high school student trying to get a date, and most notably a disgruntled puppeteer frustrated by the actress’s lack of romantic interest."

"Malik Aziz is steady as Samuel L. Jackson, and also provides one of the funnier moments in the show with a dead-on Chris Rock impression."

"Want to learn more about one of the most sought-after actresses working in Hollywood today? Then Google “Natalie Portman.” But for laughs, go see Natalie Portman, the Musical!"

Ella Martin of Stage & Cinema raves...

"Memorable musical numbers include 'Go to Harvard Today,' a pointedly show-stopping song-and-dance number in which Jodie Foster (Lindsay Nesmith) appears as a Gospel-singing guardian angel, and a belting Broadway-insider’s-throw-down number."

"The patter song summaries of Natalie Portman's less memorable roles are informative, funny, and appropriately brief."

"[I]nventive work by scenic designer Bradley Garms.

"The cast powers through the long show with energy."

"[Gwendolyn] Bueker deserves special mention for her hilarious, simple portrayal of the white swan rival / understudy, and [Adarius] Smith for his turn as a Portman-fixated puppeteer."

Steve Zall of Hollywood Weekly raves...

"[Natalie Portman, the Musical] provides comic fodder which proves hilariously funny. Clever musical numbers showcase each talented cast member!"
