Where are you located?
We currently are a company without a home. You can reach us at P.O. Box 61964, Los Angeles, CA 90064.

What time should I arrive at the theatre?
Generally speaking, it is best to arrive at the theatre roughly 15-30 minutes before your performance.

Does the theatre have wheelchair access?
Yes.

Can my child/baby attend the theatre?/Is the show appropriate for children?
It is Chromolume Theatre's policy that no babies in arms may be allowed to attend. Further, we do not permit children under the age of four (4) to attend. This is to ensure that all customers enjoy the show. Young children are admitted but are not encouraged to attend unless the parent is confident the child will not distract other members of the audience. Everyone must have a valid ticket and occupy a seat. Accompanying adults will be asked to remove any noisy children. Generally, Chromolume Theatre produced productions are appropriate for school age children, while visiting productions can vary in appropriateness. Regardless, you should probably check with the Box Office when you order your tickets whether the production you are attending is appropriate for your child.

Are your actors professional?
In most cases, yes. Most, if not all, of the actors who perform in our shows are members of Actors Equity Association, Screen Actors Guild and/or American Federation of Television and Radio Artists.

Do your musicals have live musicians or taped accompaniment?
All of Chromolume Theatre's produced musicals include a single piano, or a small orchestra, usually five pieces. We do not use taped accompaniment at any of our performances. Any visiting production may use taped accompaniment.

Whom do I contact to usher for one of your performances?
If you wish to usher for one of our performances, contact our House Manager.

How can I purchase tickets for one of your productions?
There are three ways to purchase tickets for Chromolume Theatre produced performances (please note that visiting productions' methods may vary):

• Purchase them in person at the Box Office
• Purchase them over the telephone by calling (323) 510-1651 x202

Where do I pick up my tickets?
You can pick them up at the Box Office on the date of your performance.

Where is the Box Office located?
The Box Office is located immediately as you enter the theatre, to your right. The Box Office is open one hour prior to performance.

When are auditions for your performances?
Audition dates and times vary depending on the production. You can browse our Audition Page to check out when an upcoming audition is occurring and what to prepare for said audition.

Do you do only do musicals?
Chromolume Theatre's production productions are not only musicals. Occasionally, we will produce a play or a play with music. Visiting productions can vary anywhere between performance art to fully staged musicals.

Kurt Andrew Hansen, Man 1 Putting It Together

Kurt is excited about coming back to Chromolume after performing in Love Songs - A Musical here. He recently performed in the improv theatrical experience 2 Grooms, A Big Gay Wedding, at Crown City Theatre. He also performed in Working and Sweeney Todd for The Production Company. Kurt was honored with StageSceneLA's award for "Outstanding Performance by a Lead Actor in a Musical," for his portrayal of Sweeney Todd. He also was nominated for an Ovation Award by LAStage for "Lead Actor in a Musical" for Sweeney. Before returning to L.A., Kurt toured North America and appeared on Broadway in Mamma Mia! and the Tony award winning Miss Saigon. He has appeared in small roles on 24, Castle, and the films: Jack, A Bear's Story, Home Invaders and the soon to be released Mera Watten. Kurt is blessed to live in Los Angeles surrounded by beauty...his amazing daughters.

Kristin Towers-Rowles, Woman 1 Putting It Together

Kristin is thrilled to be onstage at Chromolume Theatre after having directed the hits: Musical of Musicals, The Musical and Altar Boyz. Ms. Towers-Rowles is a Multi-Award winning Musical Theatre Performer and Director and recently was just awarded 2014 Director/Star of the Year from StageSceneLA. She recently played Magnolia in Showboat for Opera San Luis Obispo, as her Grandmother, Kathryn Grayson, did in the MGM Film. After training at AMDA in NYC, Kristin toured the US, Europe and Asia with such roles as: Phantom of the Opera/Les Miserables in Concert (Christine/Cosette), The Mikado (Yum Yum), World Premiere National Tour of The Christmas Box (Angel). Recent LA/Regional: LA Regional Premiere of Tarzan, The Musical (Jane), Kiss Me, Kate (Kate/Lilli +BroadwayWorld Best Actress Nom), Sunday in the Park with George (Dot/Marie *Best Actress "Scenie"), Victor/Victoria (Norma *Best Featured Actress "Scenie"), Once Upon A Mattress (Fred). Chris Kerrigan, Man 2 Putting It Together

Chris Kerrigan is a Los Angeles native. He has done a healthy amount of theatre and musical theatre. Some of his favorite experiences have been Jekyll & Hyde (Jekyll/Hyde), Avenue Q (Brian, the fat guy), Merrily We Roll Along (Franklin Shepard), The Last Days of Judas Iscariot (Thomas/Sigmund Freud), Moonchildren (Norman), Geography of a Horse Dreamer (Beaujo), Jesus Christ Superstar (Judas), Tommy (the guy who sings "Pinball Wizard"), and the world premiere of The Underground Woman (David) with The Michael Chekhov Studio. He is an average piano/keyboard player and singer/songwriter playing in various bands around town. He currently works as an administrative assistant in the theatre department at STAR Education, delivering arts enrichment and formative experiences to the children of the greater Los Angeles area on a daily basis. Rachel Hirshee, Woman 2 Putting It Together

Rachel Hirshee, a proud graduate of UCLA's Ray Bolger Musical Theater Program, is thrilled to be joining Chromolume Theatre in her first Sondheim show! Earlier this year, Rachel appeared as Snookie Updegraff in 110 in the Shade at the Actor's Co-op Theatre directed by the incomparable Richard Israel. Along with her castmates, Rachel had the distinct pleasure of accepting an Ovation award for Best Musical (Intimate Theatre) for this production. Favorite credits include: Bronies! the Musical (Third Street Theatre), Avenue Q (Kate Monster/Lucy), Dream Carver (National Tour) and Coney Island Christmas (Geffen Playhouse). Mike Irizarry, Man 3 Putting It Together

Mike is happy to be making his debut here at Chromolume. In 2012, Mike received a Scenie award for creating the role of Gordy in the World Premiere production of A Ring in Brooklyn at the NOHO Arts Center. Here in Los Angeles, he has appeared in numerous staged readings sponsored by ANMT (now New Musicals Inc.) including In the Mind of Olympians, Windjammers, and an evening of 15-minute musicals, Love, Lust or Bust. In 2004, Mike was featured as Jimmy 1 in the Colony Theater's highly acclaimed production of Grand Hotel, starring Jason Graae. Originally from NYC, other favorite roles include Che in multiple productions of Evita, Frederick in The Pirates of Penzance, Lamar in Godspell, and Simon Zealotes in Jesus Christ Superstar. His professional debute was with the cast of Charles Strouse's Nightingale (the original Off-Off Broadway workshop production). Mike has headlined in LA at Europa and in NYC at Don't Tell Mama, Rose's Turn and The Duplex cabaret. Mike is a proud member of Actor's Equity Association.

David Callander, Man 1 Putting It Together

David received his undergraduate degree in theatre from Pomona College after which time he made a career as a stage manager. His Broadway credits include: Legs Diamond, Orpheus Descending (starring Vanessa Redgrave), and Buddy: The Buddy Holly Story. He also worked on the very first incarnation of Kiss of the Spider Woman at SUNY Purchase. As a medical consultant, David worked on "The West Wing," "Commander in Chief," and "Dr Vegas." As a performer, David has appeared in Evita and A Chorus Line (Barn Theatre, August MI), The Winter's Tale (starring HRH The Prince Edward) and more recently in the Chromolume Cabaret, directed by Joshua Finkel. David is delighted to return to the stage in Putting It Together after pursuing his other dream of becoming a physician. He wishes to thanks his angels: Carol Tingle, Judy Balsam, and Karen Morrow.

Kayre Morrison, Woman 1 u/s Putting It Together

A veteran of over 100 productions and numerous tours, Kayre is thrilled to be returning to live theatre after a hiatus where she worked as a big band singer, film and television actor, and synagogue cantorial soloist. Some of her favorite theatre experiences include Eva Peron in Evita, Eliza in My Fair Lady, Sally in Cabaret, Guinevere in Camelot, Bonnie in Anything Goes, and Anne in A Little Night Music. Voiceover work includes her take on bad opera as Baby Leela in the Emmy winning Futurama episode, "The Devil's Hands Are Idle Playthings". As the female vocalist of the Dean Mora Orchestra, she has performed at Lincoln Center, The Dorothy Chandler Theatre, The Orpheum Theatre, and many other wonderful, historic venues. She is heavily involved with the NoKill Ventura County movement and is a Head Shopkeeper at TLC Small Dog Rescue in Simi Valley. Thanks to Officer Bill for his love and support!

Teresa Tracy, Woman 1 u/s Putting It Together

Teresa spent the whole first half of her life performing in musicals throughout the U.S. doing a "boat load" of productions literally on the SS Norway, then onto professional regional productions, including Burt Reynolds Jupiter Theatre, before moving to NYC, winding up in National Tours, including A Chorus Line and Stop The World I Want To Get Off with the fabulous Anthony Newley, and then on to a starring role on Broadway opposite Robert Lupone, before putting her career aside for a bit longer than she initially intended to raise her kids and tend to her families needs, including assisting her wonderful husband with his successful restaurant "Victor Jr's", right here in Culver City, while proudly jetting her kids to and from their ice hockey games with the LA Jr. Kings. Though she appreciated the priceless time with her family, she felt it was time to re-enter the glorious realm that her soul had so deeply missed. Teresa is thrilled to be getting herself back in the saddle again in this creative and poignant production of Putting It Together with its host of such terrific and talented people on and off the stage. She is very grateful to James and all of the fine folks here at the Chromolone Theatre for this fine opportunity, and hopes that it just might be "the beginning of a beautiful friendship." She he wishes to thank her loving and supporting husband Vic for helping to hold down the fort so to speak, and her wonderful kids, Jamie, Jeremy, Luke and Brianne, I love you guys! Michael D'Elia, Man 2 u/s Putting It Together

Michael D'Elia is thrilled to be a part of this challenging show and to have the opportunity to sing such incredible works by Sondheim. Previous credits include DORIAN GRAY in the world premiere musical Dorian's Descent (director Marco Gomez with DOMA), BUSINESS MAN in The World Goes Round (Robert Marra/Actor's Co-Op) for which he received a Broadway World Nomination for Best Featured Actor in a Musical; MIGRANT WORKER/STONEMASON in Working (director August Viverito/The Production Company); Ensemble in the Multi Award Winning Chess: In Concert (Robert Marra/MTLA). Jillian Easton, Woman 2 u/s Putting It Together

Jillian Easton is excited and grateful to be making her Chromolume/Sondheim debut! A graduate of Sarah Lawrence College, Jillian has been spotted around Los Angeles singing Jazz at the House of Blues, showtunes at various cabarets, and in her own two-woman show that she co-wrote and produced. Jillian was seen this past summer as lead Juliette in City of Light at Beverly Hills Playhouse, and in DOMA's production of Dorian's Descent at the Met Theatre. Other favorite regional credits include the world premiere original musical The Baby Project (Nora Rodriguez), Little Shop of Horrors (Audrey II), Grease (Rizzo), The Importance of Being Earnest (Cecily) and The Sound of Music (Baroness Elsa). Cate Caplin, Director/Choreographer Putting It Together

Cate has produced, directed and choreographed over 200 productions and her work has been seen on television, in films, music videos, commercials and in theatrical venues world wide from the Paris Opera House to the Broadway Stage. Her Production company, Night and Day Entertainment, co-founded with creative partner Vernon Willet, custom designs entertainment for private parties, corporate events and industrial trade shows. Cate wrote and directed her first feature film, Mating Dance which won an Accolade Award and can be found on Amazon.com. She is also a dance coach and 34 times Regional and International Ballroom Dance Champion and has won multiple US Open and World Champion First Place titles in Theatrical ShowDance – Cate has been the recipient of a Garland Award, a Women In Theatre Red Carpet Award, multiple LA Stage Alliance Ovation and Scenie Awards and an Award of Excellence from the LA Film Commission for her work as a Writer, Director, Choreographer and Producer. Richard Berent, Musical Director Putting It Together

Richard is active in L.A. as musical director, pianist, teacher, and composer. He is on the music faculty at American Musical and Dramatic Academy (AMDA) working as vocal coach, choral conductor, musical director, music theory instructor, and accompanist. His children's musical Goldilocks recently concluded a long run at Theater West. He is musical director for the annual REAF celebrity AIDS benefit in San Francisco. Recent musical director credits include The Secret Garden, Girl Crazy, Into The Woods, and She Loves Me. His work at the Attic Theatre includes music direction of Musical of Musicals the Musicali, Altar Boyz, and Side By Side By Sondheim.

James Esposito, Scenic and Sound design Putting It Tgoether

James is currently the V.P. of Operations at Chromolume Theatre. Scenic design credits include all three incarnations of Do Lord Remember Me and Love Songs - A Musical for Chromolume Theatre. Sound design credits include Do Lord Remember Me, Secrets Every Smart Traveler Should Know, Merrily We Roll Along, Bird Lives!, Altar Boyz, Musical of Musicals, the Musical, Capsized Floatsam, Greek Tragedy and Strip, the latter of which he also directed. On stage, his credits include Company (Bobby), City of Angels (Munoz), Two Gentlemen of Verona (Thurio), Forever Plaid (Sparky), Fiddler on the Roof (Twice!), Cinderella and Chess just to name a few.

Michael Mullen, Costume Design Putting It Together

Michael has performed in and costume designed several productions both on stage and on film throughout Los Angeles. He has been honored with some StageSceneLA awards for his acting as well as for his costume design work including being named 2012-2013 Costume Designer of The Year and 2013-2014 Costume Design of the Year (Individual Production) for Dorian's Descent (Requiem Media Productions). For his work on Dreamgirls, produced by DOMA Theatre Company last year, he was honored with the 2012-2013 L.A. Stage Alliance Ovation Award for Costume Design- Intimate Theatre, a 2013 Los Angeles Drama Critics Circle Award for Costume Design, the 2013 BroadwayWorld Los Angeles Award for Costume Design (Local Production), The L.A. Weekly Theatre Award for Costume Design for 2013, and was just recently nominated for a N.A.A.C.P. Theatre Award for Best Costumes (Local). Luc Hediger, Lighting Design Putting It Together

Originally from Austria and Switzerland, Luc Hediger is a recent graduate of Loyola Marymount University, where his emphasis was placed on lighting and scenic design. Throughout his years of study at LMU, Luc designed numerous productions that were a part of the University's main stage seasons, as well as for the Del Rey Players, the university's student-run theatre group, for which he was also on the board of directors. Since graduation, Luc has been working as a freelance lighting designer around Los Angeles, in venues such as the Stella Adler Theatre, The Long Beach Playhouse, and South Coast Repertory. Most recent credits include Twelfth Night, Chekhov Shorts, Rent, Someone Who'll Watch Over Me, A Midsummer Night's Dream, Spring Awakening, American Buffalo. Lauren J. Peters, Stage Manager Putting It Together

A Los Angeles native, Lauren grew up as a performer in El Segundo, observing the technical team and always offering a helping hand, she switched teams and started working "tech", in all sorts of ways. When Lauren was in High School she started assistant stage managing and worked her way up to becoming a Stage Manger. She has worked on such shows as Parade at El Segundo High School Drama, as an alumni Stage Manager, where she started helping teach the students how to work behind the scenes. Lauren has worked all over Southern California as a Stage and Production Manager, working at the Warner Grand in San Pedro with TheRelevant Stage, El Segundo's Broadway In The park for 3 years, at the El Portal in North Hollywood for Kelrik Productions, and most recently at The Simi Valley Cultural Arts Center for their production of 9 To 5 The Musical. Lauren has worked at Chromolume Theatre for the past year and has loved her time working on so many wonderful productions. As a musical theater kid she is honored to be working on such a wonderful show with such amazing people honoring her favorite musical theater composer, Steven Sondheim. Lauren would like to thank her ma, Nance, for always being by her side and raising her to be such an avid Sondheim fan.
